ion后綴詳細介紹

　　-ion來源于拉丁語，只能加綴在拉丁動詞詞干或拉丁介詞上，構成相應的名詞，其意思相當于the act or process of sth、the result of -ing、the condition of being -ed、a thing that -s等，即表示某一動作過程、結果與狀態(tài)，以及與該行為有關的事物。由于拉丁構詞規(guī)律的影響，-ion有-ation、-ition、-ution等異體，但它們的用法和意義與-ion并無區(qū)別。

　　1.attraction [attract v.吸引;-ion]

　　n.吸引；吸引力

　　The attraction of the bright headlight made the deer stop in the road. 明亮的汽車前燈光吸引得那只鹿停在公路中間。

　　Sports have great attraction for most boys. 運動對多數(shù)男孩子有很大的吸引力。

　　5.connection

　　n.連接，聯(lián)系；連接物

　　The connection between the radiator and the pipe has become loose. 汽車水箱與管道之間的連接件已經(jīng)松動。

　　6.falsification [falsif = to falsify 竄改，偽造；-ication]

　　n.竄改，偽造

　　The falsification of the will was not discovered for three months. 過了三個月才發(fā)現(xiàn)遺囑被竄改。
